Time to get excited about Nantucket vacation!

It's been a long winter and spring finally here and the spring greens a peeking through and the first of the Daffodils have bloomed over the past few days and it has me thinking of Nantucket in the spring. I'm longing to get back to the place I love. The excitement of spring on Nantucket is almost electric as the days get better and better. With the warm ocean air and the rain come some of the most beautiful gardens that spring can offer and I am longing to paint them.

So, I keep telling my self soon, Soon! And yes I will be there in a few short weeks to see all the colors taking off in late May and early June as I take my first painting trip to Nantucket of the season. There are a few great events coming up on Island that you may like, Nantucket Daffodil Festivaland the Nantucket Wine Festival, and the Sailing race to kick off the season Figawi Race Weekend These are some of the best spring events on Nantucket hope you get a chance to make them.
